It’s possible this team is more stacked next year than this year

Just peeked at the depth chart and if you exclude the players that are likely gone, this team is going to be great again. (Yes, I know injuries, yada yada)

2021-2023+ will be considered at Dynasty for Kirby.

I’ve thought this all along and said it numerous times. UGA is a young team. They’ll be incredible next year… however… QB, the most important position on the field will be a new starter and I expect to take some lumps along the way.

With Beck I think the lumps will be minimal

it's why I smh at poeple who complained that we dropped @OU in week 2 next year and got multiple cupcakes at home in its place.

That was the best thing we possibly could have hoped for. Whatever rust or inexperience issues Beck has entering 2023 will ideally be gone by the time we face our first "major" test on the road in week 5.

I heard Monken is not a fan of Beck. I wouldn’t be surprised if Stockton is the eventual starter next season even if it is Beck to start. Stockton definitely has the higher ceiling regardless of what the coaches think about anyone else.

So are you expecting Darnell to file for the draft? I really think he could use another year to hone his skills.

Absolutely. He’s already projected as late first rd or early second.

Agreed that Darnell would be going to the draft. NFL is going to draft on potential and measurables, which he has a LOT of. I don't think there's much more he can do at the college level that would meaningfully affect his draft status.

Agreed...I'd be surprised if he does not declare simply because he has a daughter and is going to be motivated to get to that type of salary ASAP.

Personally I think Beck will be a better QB than Stet. He throws a better ball but is not as agile as a runner, but he can and will run. I'm hesitant to say it for the sake of jinxing this year but with the way the schedule is next year, has there ever been 3 pete NC winner?

Who was the poster last year who said he bumped into Beck and his dad at a Jax gas station and got into a lengthy conversation and got all sorts of inside info?

That gas station commentary was a screenshot from another site that was reposted here, IIRC.

I’m nervous any year we have a different center. SVP has been as solid as they come.

Nice work FirstCity. Imo, we will be better at WR, DE and CB. Worse at OL, OLB. Everything else about the same. Need a fresan or Walker to step up at OLB
