If he can get his ball security and passing down he may be a legit qb

He got better every week since Harsin left. Imagine playing into a players strengths! Pure genius!

Ashford and our RBs…. They’ve made this season more tolerable than it could’ve been. I hate that we wasted our dynamic duo.

Food for thought...freeze turned Malik Willis into an NFL QB. Ashford is much better than Malik…

Has had a sprained AC joint in his throwing shoulder since the Mizzou game.

He just said some weeks he couldn’t even throw in practice.

Warrior.

Ashford has apparently played with a sprained trap throughout the season.

I wonder what an offseason to heal up and some coaching by a competent coach could do to his passing game.

Would be nice if the solution to his passing woes was that simple...

No way he’s our QB next year.

Do you know something we don’t about a stud QB transferring in?

I did not project him to start next season.

I was stating a fact that this was his best game.

His TD pass was on time and on target.

He missed a few, but no fatal errors by him is a big step forward.

Ashford played well tonight and made some good throws. If he has a good qb coach this offseason he could really improve.
