I’ve seen this song and dance. Hits his ceiling and realizes after coming up just short of beating Alabama that it just can’t be done. Loses all motivation and slides at the end of the year because he already has his eyes on a program with better resources and talent.

Them DAWGS FINNA EAT Thursday and you can stick a fork in the Lane Train. He Gone

I hope you’re not betting on the egg bowl. That’s the college football game with the most random outcome.

The best part of it is that those shitheads don't even see it coming.

You’re setting yourself up to get your nuts crushed twice this week.

Yup.

Mullen went to Florida, flamed out, fell out of coaching and is now a commentator.

Lane will get run out of Auburn, fall out of coaching and sign some ridiculous deal with ESPN as a commentator.

He's Leach. He has big upsets, might win 10/11 every once in awhile, lose games he shouldn't, win no hardware and leave for another school within five-six years.

I think state fans want Kiffin at Auburn more than Auburn fans

I’m over Kiffin.

Ole Miss has shown they’re willing to pay $10MM per year. We need to just go out and get a proven winner for that amount of money.

Why? Y’all loved Freeze and Kiffin has done just as good as he did

Because the difference with Freeze was he was actually happy to be at Ole Miss. It was a destination job for him. He never flirted with other openings and stated many times that he wanted to retire at Ole Miss.

If the on-field results are the same (which Kiffin and Freeze are as close as it gets), then why wouldn’t you want the coach that is loyal and views your school as a destination job?

Again, I think we would come out on top if Kiffin went to Auburn and Freeze came home to Ole Miss.

Because I’m fine with moving on from a coach that got blown out by Arkansas?

The same Arkansas team that lost to Freeze.

What clearer evidence do you need? Hugh Freeze beat that Arkansas team.

Kiffin lost to the same Arkansas team that Freeze beat.

Freeze > Kiffin
