LSU won west by default. LSU is just the skinnest kid at fat camp this year. Georgia will beat them handily.

I would just love to see 2008 tiger rant and how the posters here reacted to Alabama having basically the exact same situation, except with LSU’s former national championship winning coach on the other sideline.

I'm not ready to start taking victory laps. Kelly has the program back on track. T-alignment is working, but it's still going to take time to get LSU back to where we want it to be and there will still be pot holes along the way.

Everybody wants to talk about how "down" bama is this year, while conveniently ignoring how much more "down" LSU is. 39 schollys when Kelly arrived, and still 15 or so short of the max. First year staff, lots of transfers and freshmen, injuries, etc. Yet he's still king of the hill. So while bama may not be themselves this year, LSU will be exponentially better in years to come. Like OP said, the man is just getting started.

Well said, they exceeded my expectations. Hopefully, we keep it respectable, and maybe get the loser of Michigan/Ohio st in a bowl game
