Beamer isn’t the guy, and the fans that still back him are idiots

Just rehashing this topic because why not.
Beamer made piss poor hires because he doesn’t know what he’s doing. Only SC would take a huge risk on a first time HC that literally no one else would even consider.
There is zero evidence to point to his ability to recognize this program’s flaws and make the appropriate moves to recover within the next 2 years. Anyone who thinks he can are acting on 100% blind faith.
The portion of our fanbase that were deeply entrenched for Beamer when we actually had the resources to make a push for Chadwell or Napier would rather watch this experiment doom our program for another 5 years before admitting they were wrong.
Any Gamecock who wants to see our university actually do something positive for once should refuse to go watch this team get slaughtered by 70 next Saturday. Do your part to send a message.
And let’s not forget Ray Tanner. This is all his fault.

It's easy to be seduced by the positivity and the glitz of the media campaign. It makes you feel good when Josh Pate says "they've got their guy."
But yeah, he's nekkid. And UTK fans saw it first (which is why they mock him so) because they saw Butch do the same shite.

He won't fire Shane, even though he probably should, and he'll wait too long to get Chadwell. It's a shame, too. Could've been a really fun year.

This thread seems like an overreaction. Lets see what the man does with Satts contract expiring. With a good OC this team could legit be pretty good.

Beamer is just a symptom of a much deeper problem. The fact that Ray Tanner is still the AD is fricking staggering.
This in all honesty may be the main problem. This fanbase continues to accept this bullshite. We'll sell out the stadium on Saturday, get slaughtered and the stadium will be half empty by half time. But it won't matter at that point, the tickets are already bought and paid for.

The guy exceeds expectations in the first two years, has a killer recruiting class going that addresses most every need....and in year three finally falls below expectation so we are all supposed to jump off the ship?
