Looking at the staff directory there are a ton of bald white boys (numerically and weight) but I think it is probably Josh Maxson. No I didn't misspell it.

Maxson needs to lay off the TRT and not take out his frustrations of his shitty team on low wage security guards for singlehandedly not stopping 100k people from rushing the field.
