There is a lesson here that UT fans and and talking heads are just too stupid to learn.

They should be strapped to a chair and forced to watch the repeated stupidity they professed for a solid week.

Vegas cleaned house on something they knew all along was coming.

You knew something was up when all that money started out on UT but the line stayed around 8.

I saw where some 100-400K bets came in right before the game and the lines went back to 8.5-9

If we had lost yesterday I would say we have no chance in hell at making the playoffs but the delusional Tennessee fans and some of the media are still saying they’ll be in.
If it wasn’t a defacto playoff game then why all the hype leading up to it?

I think what is different is UT is in the east, got dominated by the team likely to play for the sec title while their 2 best wins beat each other.

Bama was their greatest win. Plus the nation probably doesnt want 2 sec teama.

Their LSU win away is bigger now. The Bama win is still very good.

We dominated that game but on paper it looks way closer.

Tenn has a few games to show out and make the case.

Weakness in Big 10 likely rules out loser of the Mich/Ohio State game unless something happens in the championship game.

Going to be a a lot of 1 loss teams. Dream scenario for the playoff pitch.

There was one bet for 300K late Friday and another for 150K

The sharps were waiting

Is Alabama the only team to get a bye week for their conference championship game and still go to the natty?

Late money came in hard for UGA on Saturday morning. Line went all the way up to 9.5. When it was all said and done, 54% of money bet was on uT. Vegas made 14% on the game. That will pay for a lot of shiny new buildings.

This can’t be said enough. Just like the media putting Ohio State right back up at the top, it’s just an unbelievable attempt at manipulation.

Ohio state also, I think.

Lost to Penn? Penn won the conference championship game but got held back from the playoff with 2 losses.

Ohio state got the Bama bump back in.

They're still delusional. The funniest part of the postgame aftermath is the Tennessee fans who think Tennessee's defense is why Georgia stopped scoring in the second half. In reality, Kirby and Monken closed the playbook when the rain started falling because Kirby knew he already had enough points. Tennessee fans are mind numbingly stupid people.
