Highly anticipated game + Bidenflation = $626 a pop

Saturday's contest between the No. 1 Tennessee Volunteers (8-0) and the No. 3 Georgia Bulldogs (8-0) is one of the most hotly-anticipated games of the year. And if we're judging by ticket prices, it is being treated like the game of the century.
The Saturday showdown will be one of the biggest regular-season matchups in recent college football history – and fans will have to pay more than ever to watch it unfold in person.
This will be the most expensive regular-season college football game on record, with a minimum ticket price of $626 as of Thursday, according to online ticket seller TickPick.

Huge game and one of the fan bases hasn’t been in this situation in a long time. Surprised it’s not more. Can’t wait to see it.

That’s not really fair, Georgia was matched up with the #1 team in the nation last year so to say they haven’t been here feels a little ingenuine

The pointless partisan response to your pointless partisan post would be "what recession?" See how silly what you're doing is now?

The one with double digit actual inflation?

I know that it's a pretty effective and super cute talking point, but inflation isn't the economy. Just like the stock market isn't the economy. I choose to leave economics up to the actual trained economists. Not SEC message boarders. So let's stop talking about it.

Will be the first game in a while away fans used all their tickets. Most SEC schools just don’t travel anymore.
*don’t blame them really since most tix for all schools in the nose bleeds.

I could get 2 55" tvs for that

This is the real SEC championship game. So, $626 isn’t a bad price.

SEC Championship tickets can be harder to get given most don’t go to the two schools that play.

Gonna be pissed if the folks around me sold their tickets and someone sitting beside me is dressed in orange.

No fricking way you are saying these two things are similar. You honestly do not understand the difference?

You mean the ones who got us into this situation?

Nah, let’s talk about it and the fact that democrats have caused this with their dumbass Santa policies.

You can't talk about people willing to pay over $600 for tickets to a game that is on CBS...then complain about inflation in the same post...well, you can...but it comes across as myopic.
