Putting aside our obvious horrendous issues on defense and embarrassing DC, we have Bryce Young who is still the best player in the country so we'll have a shot against anyone. Everything is still there to play for. No room for error anymore though.

Losing by 3 on the road in a mega hostile environment at the last second...we shouldn't drop below 7. Win out. Somehow just win out. It sucks we're wasting Bryce by having such a shitty defense.

Probably around 9 or 10.

Does it matter?

No.

Win out and things will take care of themselves.

After watching that abortion today you think we win out?
With Pete Golding?

I'm saying we have a chance...a chance...to outscore anyone with Bryce at QB. And with that alleged defense, we'll have to when we play any offenses with a pulse. Saban can't keep calling the game like we have just an average Bama defense. It's bad. Really bad. That means in a shootout you may have to go for it at midfield instead of punting. Field position was meaningless in this game.

Unless you think Tennessee is worse than Ole Miss, Clanga, LSU, and the Barn the yes I think we win out.

We still have a path just zero room for error now. Be interesting to see how team plays esp in Oxford .

We know how they’ll play. They’ll look good at times but ultimately make so many mental errors that almost every game against anyone with a pulse will turn into a nail biter.

As long as #9 is playing, we can beat anyone we play.

He’s incredible

Yes he is...and it's a real shame if he doesn't win a NC as our starter because he couldn't get just average play from the defensive side.

5th or 6th.

As if that matters, it doesn’t right now.

What matters is winning the rest of our games and getting into the SECCG.

We'll flip flop with Tennessee; Vols #3, Bama #6.

This as the new ranking will have no value for us. If our goal is a NC we have to win out.

I am torn though if we win out who I want to play in Atlanta. But right now I am not sure we get there.

My guess is 9 as I believe UCLA, Ole Miss, and TCU move ahead of us. We should be the highest 1 loss ranked team behind 8 undefeated teams.

It doesn’t matter.

We win out our regular schedule we see UT or UGA.

Win that we go to the playoff.

This loss better light the ultimate fire under our arse.

Miss state lost to KY.

Doesn’t matter. Win out, win the SEC championship game, and you’ll be in the playoff. I think we win out in the regular season but I have hard time seeing us beat Georgia unless some things get fixed quick.

Whether it's Georgia or Tennessee in the SECCG, it'll be a revenge game for Bama...if they make it.

It's been a long time since Bama wasn't at LEAST one of the top 2 teams in the SEC...right now they're probably 4th in the hierarchy.

Maybe they'll catch fire and lay waste to the rest of the schedule and put this defensive stinker behind them...but I fear our issues are at the coordinator level and aren't anything that can just be resolved with more practice.
