frick AU… but it seems like everyone has been against him day 1. Are folks willing to give him a chance? I could actually see him quitting. This is kinda wild imo.

No, he is a dumbass leaving a cushy job at Boise for Auburn.

Absolutely. It’s like Charlie Strong at Texas. He came into a situation where nobody in power wanted him and has actively tried to sabotage him from day 1.
The moment they tried to destroy his family because they didn’t want to pay a buyout was when you knew there were some real pieces of shite running the Auburn AD

He’s definitely not getting a fair shake but he’s going to walk away with a boatload of cash so no, I don’t feel sorry for him even a little.

I don’t feel bad for any coach who is going to be walking away with that kind of money

Nah, there's 15 million reasons to not feel sorry for him.

I always feel bad if there are kids involved in these situations since they don’t get a say and have to to go to school in these towns. The coach and the wife I don’t care. They wanted the money

I do. I feel for the fans too.
The issue at Auburn is the Boosters run that program. And the Boosters did not want him and started all kinds of off field issues about him to try and have him removed.
This is a bad culture.

YEP!
And I hope he sues the crap out of them with any angle possible.

What’s he going to sue them for? Who is he going to sue? Is he going to give up the $15 million to give it a shot?
I think not. He will walk away with what is owed to him and no more

I feel sorry for the guy with 3 kids at home who lays asphalt that gets laid off because of the economy.
I never feel sorry for men who get paid millions to suck arse coaching a game.
