2020 skewes this badly

It's wild that Florida and LSU fired coaches for similar or better accomplishments than A&M during this timeframe.
Meanwhile, Aggie gave Jimbo an extension and raise.

2019 skews this badly.
Plus, LSU offered A&M’s coach a raise and he told them to frick off.

So basically... other than Kentucky and Mizzou overperforming a bit.... talent = wins?

Well yeah.
He saw Ed Orgeron, who won a title and had a better winning percentage than Jimbo had at A&M, get fired.
Meanwhile he can run away from bowl games and lose to Appalachian State with no threat of not getting paid.
He'd have to be an idiot to give up $90 million dollars that is fully guaranteed.

It appears one of the top 4 is wasting a lot of talent.

A&M is exactly where one would expect them to be in terms of SEC wins given their talent level. The data is right there, my friend.
