“Since taking over in 2008, coach Dabo Swinney turned the agricultural school in rural South Carolina into a championship caliber program with expectations so outsized that last year’s 10-3 campaign was considered a down year.”

It gives me joy envisioning the anguish with which Clemson students and alumni read that paragraph.

Once the ostarine was figured out, and Venables bailed, that defensive guru who gave up 41 to K-State, they struggle against teams like Weak Florist

I have no qualms reading that paragraph. Its true the 10-3 was considered a down year. He did build something incredible that 10-3 could be considered down.
