Or will he be given a chance to redeem himself against the Hogs?

No.
They owe him $90 million dollars.

They won't fire him, but they also won't support him or care what he does from here on out.
They'll just hang their heads a ride out his contract.
Gonna be a long ten seasons.

I really doubt it’s actually an issue of money. It’s more an issues of optics as well as the fact that they would have to admit they were wrong and have acted like jackasses, case in point the fake trophy.

I was so pissed when they fired Sumlin. I thought surely the next guy would do better. Now they are handcuffed to Jimbo. Chef's kiss.

Of all the Aggy/Jimbo cringe, this may still be the worst.

His contract is fully guaranteed. In fact, they gave him an extension in 2021 paying him 9M annually.
His buyout is something like 80M. Think about that.

A couple of glances at their boards - they are reserved to suffer through at least 3 more years of Jumbo because they know they cannot fire him right now.
Money is one thing, optics are another.

Its 90 million dollars
No one is going to pay 90 million dollars to bail out Texas A&M football
That is just ridiculous.
Plus it just means they get a new coach and remain mediocre

He won’t be fired but losing four in a row is gonna not sit well

When that happened, not exaggerating, my jaw dropped. I could not believe any organization could be that stupid and pompous.

Jimbo has pulled off the greatest heist in human history making Tamu the biggest stooge in human history.

There's no way they're coming up with $90 million dollars and then paying a new coach and staff on top of that.
They could lose the rest of their games this year and he'd still be safe.
Unless they try to frame him for something.

No chance. Jimbo's internet stars are the biggest achievements A&M fans have ever seen in their lifetime

You may be right. If they actually cannot afford to pay the buyout, then the administration is incompetent and terrible negotiators. If they choose not to be cause it looks bad then they are just incompetent. Given the trend in most athletics departments these days, I honestly would not be surprised either way.

I see West Virginia firing Neil Brown this year, A&M movers and shakers have Jimbo step down and he goes to WVU, where it's home and lower expectations.

Like they can afford to fire him
Jimbo would be coming at em like a JG Wentworth commercial.
