Eking out a win against a team that we "should" have beated by 3+ TDs. Will give coach plenty to chew arse about.

Saban from 5 years ago would have loved it. He's gotten soft and it is showing in our games.

Lots of doom & gloom in here but you’re right.

The team answered the bell and got off the mat when it mattered. They played sloppy as hell so plenty of room for improvement.

We will see. Lots of football left.

I'm sure he is thrilled with 15 penalties and poor arse play.

If anyone is realistic....We've been OUT COACHED for a number of games over the past two years.

Saban, Golding & BOB need to tighten the frick up.

Apparently the arse he chewed at halftime didn't help much. Yeah we squeaked out a win but we very easily could have lost. To me this is a loss and shows we are overrated. Very disappointed in Will Anderson too. Three offsides and a late hit? Really?

Maybe, maybe not. If you are right then why did he sign that big extension and not just ride out the 2 or so years he had left and retire.

My opinion, Saban will light their asses (and hopefully boob as well) up and we will see a much better team.......otherwise we are a 3-4 loss team this year.

Will Anderson has some soul searching to do. He's a team leader who holds himself to the highest standard. Look forward to seeing how he responds to all the penalties today.

He signed that extension because he himself said he was terrified about what he would do if he's not coaching football.

I'm sure he wasn't happy about it during the game, but the game is over, we barely won and now he has some coaching/motivational points for the rest of the season. Otherwise if he really doesn't care as some of you are implying then redact the contract extension, let him retire immediately and name a interim coach....

The only asses he needs to chew are Will Anderson and his coordinators.

Heck Saban needs to chew his own arse for keeping BOB.

I hope so, but we had games last year that were the type of games that he “loves” and we didn’t seem to learn from them then.

To quote Les Miles....

He still has the want. You can't compare want to effectiveness.

I want to play in a NFL game but I'd get destroyed.

He might wanna chew his own arse for nearly blowing the game not taking the 3 points and allowing Texas to nearly beat us without scoring a TD

Honestly, I do think the team responded from TAMU. Not their fault that 3/4 of the WR/RB room died on the field.

He should chew his own arse for letting boob call that atrocity of a play, then make boob run wind sprints while chanting "I will not call shotgun on 4th and inches" over and over.

Stepped up at right time like he's supposed to. That's what a superstar does when having a bad game. However, I'm gonna blame this on coaching. He has been damn near offsides a lot since last year. Always amazed me that he isn't called more.

I think that was the right call. I wouldn't even say the 4th call was poorly executed. Roydell just tripped over his OL line. It happens.

No, that's not on coaching. He's responsible for knowing where the LOS is.
