Why not have more staff than players? This is a new age. You need to have all the help you can get. Coaches have shown that they can't manage in game situations well. It always amazed me why wouldn't most teams bring in the math/statistics departments to do all the analytics, the journalism department on how to handle the media and the psyche department to keep guys, especially coaches from going insane.

We got rid of the only coach that managed to lose to UK within the last 30 years. AR scores 5 TDs and gators win big.
