I've always thought Tommie Frazier was hands-down the best college player I've ever seen at any position.
The fact that there was also a ton of talent around him made those teams nearly unstoppable...and literally unstoppable his senior year. We may never see that kind of dominance again.

Michael Vick not being anywhere in this thread is a travesty. Dude was the QB Cam Newton wishes he was.
