That is not true...... ESPN offered 380M for 7 years. CBS and NBC offered 350M each for 7 years. The commissioner of the BIG10 turned down ESPN's offer.

But I think under that deal, since ESPN has so many other conference partners, ESPN was going to get the 3rd tier B1G game. Fox at Noon and NBC in prime time were going to get 1 and 2 or vice versa.
