Florida State, probably more for personal reasons than any other, especially now that OU is joining up.

NC State and/or Virginia Tech. New states, new markets and good cultural fits.

I would not want any schools from states already in; therefore, North Carolina would be my pick and a great addition to the SEC for many reasons.
The ACC is on life support. I'll bet Miami, FSU, Clemson, Ga Tech, etc. are all worried someone is planning to USC/UCLA their conference.
