Texas and Oklahoma applied for B1G 10 membership but they were denied. Apparently the standards are higher in the B1G 10 than the SEC.

Texas could get there by themselves. OU is a piss-poor university with no AAU status

Not even you believe something this stupid. If the BIG didn’t want Texas or Oklahoma it wouldn’t have had a playoff tantrum or feel the need to add schools a thousand miles away.

This is absolutely false. OU has never applied for B1G membership, mainly because they have always felt the SEC a better fit. The only reason they did not join the SEC in 2012 was because Okie Lite was not invited and David Boren (OU's former president) didn't have the stones to leave them behind.
Feel free to provide legitimate proof of this claim... I won't hold my breath.
