I would love to have one. My brother had a 68 camaro, and I would love to have one of that vintage to restore.

Yep. Not as big into actual racing but love muscle cars.

I’ve got a 96 Impala mothballed back home…mostly stock but looking to freshen up that LT1 when I get back

I’d love to get back into having some fast older vehicles but I need to build a shop first. Shop prices are like gas prices right now so I’m holding off.

Instead I had an Audi S7 and BMW X5M to hold me over on there speed itch.

What type car are you swapping that drivetrain into?

I have a 97 Mustang Cobra w 12k miles (slow, bone stock immaculate) and a rowdy 67 Coronet w a 440RB.

There has been no such thing as a muscle car since they took lead out of gasoline and scaled the octane back in the 70s, Those 60s model Chevelles with those big ole 396 big blocks and (sometimes) two 4-barrel carbs sittin' up there were a thing of beauty. Damn those things would fly! Knew a couple of o'boys that got killed too. Today, the powers that be would try to make laws that outlawed 'em outright. Better days back then.
