And yes - Gonzaga will, in reality, probably be a #1 seed. The metrics that matter (strength of record, wins vs Q1/Q2, etc) just don't line up with that IMHO (or the methodology I used in this formulation). They certainly don't for the #1 overall seed.
But, they will be a #1 seed if they win the WCC. It just is what it is.

The “leak” of Coach K wanting the Midwest region is going to end up with Duke as the 2 or 3 there. Godspeed to anyone who ends up in that bracket with that shitshow.
