doubt it honestly

There is a reason CFB sports fans carry a passion that is different than pro fans.

We see kids attending college, representing their schools and struggling to have a chance to earn a better future, just like the vast majority of all people in life. They play harder, value the team, and respect the coaching like the last vestige of an era gone by. Pro athletes making more than their coaches, free agency, and a general do what I want, I don't need coaching attitude is not what CFB needs.

I can absolutely see CFB fans, not being turned fully off, starting to wane in interest and passion, as the college sports "professionalize."

and you could see it coming a thousand miles away but people wanted to put their head in the sand and ignore it, simply because of revenue reasons. When we let kids freely transfer with zero repercussions and start this NIL crap to pay them they are essentially no long amateur student athletes.

This...from a Bama fan, especially, is hysterically funny.
