Alabama was down an OL, their three top corners, and two top WR's and still led late in the fourth.

Georgia people can whistle past the graveyard all they want.

BUT. they play a weak schedule again this year and chances are we see a rematch. THIS TIME, beat UGA badly enough they don't want another. The Alabama D should be a force with the experience coming back the best OLB in college football coming after them from one side and a rapidly developing Dallas Turner the other.

If it's Bennett again I hope his insurance is paid up because there's a pack of hyenas coming to get him.

I count 5 bama starters out, which is less than what uga had out. Funny how we overcame that bama advantage.

You had an entire season to make adjustments. Bama had a week. Not comparable and you know it.Bennett was by choice so you were not down a starter there.

Funny how you can't accept the best UGA team ever got killed by Alabama in the SECCG and got fortunate to beat them in the NCG. Facts are facts.

They're definitely aware, but why would any UGA fan ever openly admit this? They finally won a title while beating Bama at the same time. Acknowledging the fortunate circumstances that had to take place for them to win (despite every championship team in history needing luck to win a title) would at least somewhat diminish their accomplishment.

I wouldn't expect any of their fans to ever admit it.

JTD won the starting job and then he got hurt, so uga had to adjust with his backup. The boy just wasn’t healthy enough to be our starter.

As for Adam Anderson, we didn’t have an entire season to adjust to that.

Imagine bama losing Bryce young and will Anderson. Would have been crazy, right?

That’s what uga dealt with.

Funny how you can’t accept how fortunate bama was to beat uga due in large part to those issues.

Kirby admitted Bennet was their best chance to win despite Daniels being able to play. Hard to refer to a guy as a backup after 14 games as the starter.

Did you just really compare losing JT Daniels and Adam Anderson to losing Bryce Young and Will Anderson? Haha… hahaha…. Hahahahaba

High quality Starters uga lost at QB and OLB.

We beat bama without them.

Now imagine bama trying to beat uga without them.

Saban didn’t have backups ready to go quite like Kirby did, so it might have been 8-4 for bama.

It’s quite easy. Y’all are essentially trying to say he wasn’t the backup because he played so well. Dumb stuff.

Nope. Our starter was too hurt to be our starter. You never had to use your backup qb. Big advantage bama.

All of your QBs were healthy. To say otherwise is false.

Pickens played in the SEC title game, so a month later he could play as much as he wanted.

Georgia didn't have to replace 2 1K yard receivers so they didn't prove anything since the only receiver not available for GA was a backup.

It is irrelevant. Bama lost its starting OLB and I didn't even mention him despite him being injured and not out due to his own actions. Georgia was a healthy team at the end of the year compared to the average team. Bama wasn't. Even commentators say that Bama would have won if not for the injuries.

If Auburn is healthy, Bama doesn’t even make the playoffs…

Bamas 5 star QB cracked under pressure. He was shown up big time by a former 2 star walk-on who played his heart and soul out for UGA. Loved all those QB sacks and grounding calls on Bamas last drive. It was sheer panic and desperation. Not very cool Bama.

Enjoy it, because that trophy's coming back to TTown this year.

Anti Fearless Forecast...Alabama repeats in Atlanta over UGA and this time...no rematch.

Sounds like fear talking to me. Saban is slipping and the Bama faithful know it. I wouldn’t be building a case for that 2022 trophy if I were Bama. Kirby is the new king of football. A new dynasty has been born. And with A&M buying recruiting classes I’m starting to wonder if Bama will even see the Benz again

Alabama's class didn't suffer last year.

Georgia's did.

Also @ claiming to be the next dynasty. Never heard that one before.

Coach Bryant said in order to win a championship you have to :
1. Have injury luck.
2. Have schedule luck.
3. Win a game that you probably should have lost.

At least some of those things apply to every winner every year, no shame in it.

Saban has earned enough respect to say whatever he wants.
