Elite 8 2021….

Final Four in 2019... it's really not a tough question. Had I rather have 6 Final Four appearances with nothing in basically the last 30 years or one appearance in 2019 with a program that trending upwards.

Arkansas went 25 years without a sweet 16.

Just brush them off.

This is the second auburn person who is using this "trending upwards" verbiage for auburn, while either saying or implying Arkansas is somehow trending downward. Since Muss arrived, Arkansas has won more games than any other SEC program. Gone to the school's first Elite 8 in over 2 decades. Signed the #2 Recruiting class in America (with 2 McD's AA's and the Player of the Year from both Arkansas and Alabama in it). Steadily improving NCAA seeding projections during a 9 game win streak. Sold out a 19,000+ seat arena on season tickets.

How is that not trending upwards? We suffered Two bad hires in Heath and Pel, then a period where Coach A just couldn't recapture the magic of Nolan's years, which had the program stagnant. But from the day Muss got here, Arkansas has been on a very steep upward trajectory.
