I’m feeling alright about it guys I’ll be real honest.
Hungry young men coming back home in droves, we already know what real Tigers can do just ask Aggy.

When I think Brian Kelly at LSU I think 9-3.

I still think he's a poor fit.

Would take 9-3 in Year One in a heartbeat.

3 years then fired followed by a huge buyout that bankrupts the state.

Not year one, just in general as a ceiling. I don't see him winning big at LSU. Just doesn't fit to me.

Not at all. We have an adult in charge of the football team for the first time in 17 years, and the past two idiots still managed to win a NC.

I still think the fit argument is dumb. Saban was a northerner his whole career before LSU. Same with miles.

Only time will tell. He’s done a very nice job building a competitive team for the short term.

I don’t doubt he can build a program. The question for all programs will be how they navigate the new landscape of college football. Including school, athletic department, coach, boosters, etc.

That will be the key moving forward.

By no means do I think LSU will be bad under him. He's too good of a coach for that. It's more of a combination of how tough the West is getting vs. the question of how Kelly is gonna blend with the culture at LSU that will determine if he can get over the hump.

This is how utterly desperate the LSU fanbase has become.

They're crowing and chest beating like fricking crazy because butt grindin' Brian has the number one quitter hole recruiting class, barely beating out that west coast gut pile known as USC.

What are Kelly’s accomplishments other than a bunch of wins vs a custom cupcake schedule?

Big wins? Vs Clemson Week 1 without Trevor Lawrence?

He hasn’t done anything.

He really hasn't. Brian Kelly with his catholic boy toys up in Indiana produced about as well as a good group of five team, playing a typically soft schedule.

Honestly, I have a hard time seeing him not being another Bert: Good with Midwest (~B1G) ball, but not understanding that the SEC is a different game (and not just on the field).

Maybe he will be another Saban (in the ability to adjust). Time will tell.

It's proven that Kelly is awful against ranked teams. So I'm not worried about LSU beating Bama in the near future.
