If you watched Perkins' interview, it was clear he is going to the highest bidder. Not sure Florida wants to ante up enough cash to pull him.

He was in town all weekend and coaching staff is visiting his uncle today.

He'd save everybody a lot of time if he just got reps from the teams he's interested in to all meet at the same place same time and bid on him.
