Nice, 2022 UGA schedule sets us up nicely for 12-0 heading to SECCG

7 home games, including let's face it, a home game against Oregon in the opener in the ATL, others-Samford, Kent state, AU, vandy, Tennessee and GT
1 neutral site game (Florida)
4 road games-USCe, Mizzou, Miss St.& UK
Nobody on that schedule can realistically hold our jock strap.
Looks like an undefeated UGA and a undefeated Bammer SECCG next year ;-)

Possibly. We’re losing an awful lot of experience.

Always does. You play in the East.

Even with a lot of talent, it's still really, really hard to win 12 games. I expect us to drop a game or two. It's fine, we'll be much more experienced in 2023.

So nothing’s different then?

Definitely, but that is where our top 3 recruiting classes over the last several years will come into play.
By Kirby we stand :-)

Yeah would be surprised if y’all aren’t undefeated again. It’s going to be that way for another year or so before Auburn and Florida can potentially get back on their feet to contend.

Out of curiosity. Your team finished 6-7. Knowing that who on your schedule really scares you from the west?

So just like every year?

I don’t think the trip to State will be any joyride. Obviously, Georgia will be favored.
But as we know, games are played on the field not on paper. You are losing a lot of talent. I realize you have a lot talent coming back but every year is different. Experience is a factor and it does make a difference. We saw that on Monday night.
We will see what happens.

We lose a ton of experience. Early in the season might be tough, but there is no doubt that the east is easier than the west. I do expect Tennessee to be tougher, South Carolina is showing some fight and Florida won't stay down long. Not to mention as a rival they will always play us tough. Like you said.....Auburn will be back sooner than later.
Oregon will be an interesting test early, too.

Aside from the obvious jab that we went 6-7, your post really doesn't make any sense.

Atlanta is always called a "home game" for Georgia. Correct me if I'm wrong, your record is not stellar there.
This is not a troll, just an observation of Atlanta being a home game kind of not being true.
I guess in terms of fan attendance it is.

I doubt UGA will ever lose another game.
Y'all are just the most spectacular team ever assembled.
They should call off the Super Bowl this year and give the Lombardi Trophy to Kirby.

I imagine UK will be pre season top 20.Could be tight game in Lexington.I really like their OC
UT could put a scare into us but I'm glad we play em late and I think our young defense will have gelled by then.

So Georgia has weak regular season schedule playing in the East. Yep, water is still wet.

If old paradigms held true this is precisely the year Auburn would win the SEC. 2 other SEC teams look really strong and Auburn goes on a run.
1992 AL/FL, 93 Auburn
2003 LSU/UGA, 04 Auburn
2009 AL/FL, 2010 Auburn
2012 AL/GA 2013 Auburn

But do y'all get pistol whipped in the SEC champ game?
