I see restaurants featuring Southern cooking all over. Can't say I've ever seen a single restaurant featuring Northern cooking.

It’s kind of odd speaking so disparagingly about the south when Cincinnati is just across the river from a southern state.

I ordered a cheeseburger at a place I was staying at up north, it was an open face sandwich with meat and Thousand Island dressing on it.
Not impressed.

Little Cinnci boy will tell you about some spaghetti with "chili" thing they do. It's just as gross as it sounds, but they win that, I guess.
