Helps that he finally got some protection. He’s amazing when he’s got time.

He really is…he’s on another level.

Yup. He is what Corral would like to be

If anyone doubted that he was an outstanding player before last night, you are a moron.

....and the best part is Bama has him back next year

Young had one bad play - that run where he fumbled it. But he turned around and had a great play by getting it back.
He did some stuff that - although it looks great when it works - you don't want your guy making a habit off. Like that basketball chest pass on the RPO. I'll bet Saban tells him "nice job, don't do it again".
But when it's your night, it's your night. And it was definitely his night. The TD he threw, over double coverage that was a tick late but still pretty good, was NFL level. He made quite a few of those throws.

He’s done that play twice now. It’s worked perfectly both times.
If Saban’s telling him not to do it I’m very glad Bryce is ignoring him.

Channeling his inner Pistol Pete with that no look pitch to BRob was a thing of beauty.

Additionally, this finally puts a nail in the coffin that a freshman can't win and excell in the SEC.
This guy is fantastic and just shredded the BEST D EVER, lol.
Every year, QB trials should be wide open and may the best QB win.

Except he isn't a FR.
First year starter, but he has a year in the system

In fairness, he wasn't as good at the beginning of the season but he's been coming into his own the last 3-4 games of the season.

Except for his record breaking first game performance as a first game starter and the record 300+ yd games at UA as a QB.
He and Will Anderson have been the only things consistent all year

He's legit. Makes good decisions, and can make big plays.

That's not what I mean. Bryce has been good all year. If you just look at the numbers, Bryce, Hendon, and Corral are all comparable in QBR, had similar numbers in other categories, and were just productive as hell all year long. However, no one is touting Hendon as a Heisman contender and it's not just because he didn't start the beginning of the season or because he's playing for a team that's not in contention.
Bryce started making throws both under pressure and with time near the end of the season that are utterly insane. The things that he could do that other good players just can't really started to shine through.

He showed off a big, accurate arm a couple of times last night

He's a sophomore.
