If you are entering a field with capped salaries that are listed online for the world to see, why would it ever make sense to pay more for the degree? A teacher with a degree from LSU does not make more money than a teacher with a degree from Nicholls State.

Office days are usually Merrell. Rounds can be either Merrell or New Balance fresh foam. The NB just don't last as long, but that may be because they aren't quite wide enough (size 15, 4E).
