He is a statue back there.

Beck looks worse than stet against bad teams let alone bama.

Bvg is no where near ready and Stockton in coming in.

Give it up, stet will lead has lead us to the playoffs.

Zero chance. After an undefeated season losing to the number 3 team in a Championship game... Not happening.

We smoke everyteam that played yesterday but one.

Ignore JT question... did Bennett play well? What I saw was indecision, inaccuracy, holding onto the ball too long and taking sacks, not taking running lanes when available and 2 very costly interceptions.

Don't know if JT would have been better. Not sure he would have been worse. Really sad a program at this level is having this conversation and starting a walkon with people saying there is no one better.

Agree that JT gets sacked a lot but I trust Monken to adjust the play calling accordingly. JT has to get ready.

Bama was more creative on O and disguised coverage better on D.

Not surprised that was the case. A bit disappointed that we got beat in every phase. Outcoached.

JT has a quicker release and a better throw.

Also, take away Brock Bowers, and how well would Stets stats be? What a dude! Man, that run through the whole Bama defense for the TD was incredible.

I don't buy it. Did Brice get sacked a lot? He's not mobile but has a quick release.

JT is not Brice by any means, but he is a better distributor of the ball than Stet IMO.

Bryce is way more mobile than JT.

Take away George Pickens and how well does JT look last year? I mean some of you people are neanderthals.

" Well take away Bennet's best weapon and then see how he does".

Brice is mobile but bama doesnt let him run due to the backup situation.

There are too many simps on this board.

JT is not very mobile. But there were not that many plays where stetson made something out of nothing with his legs.

JT would have been sacked the same number of times as stetson. Maybe less (jt knows better how to throw the ball away).

Im frustrated that simps have dug their heels in qb1 vs qb2 like our opinions matter. Just because qb1 failed to do something doesnt mean qb2 would have done better. Just because qb1 had success doesnt mean qb2 could not have had equal success.

Sacked 12 times? Take your mydol and some sleeping pills and chill.

Wrong, bennett was running for his life from the pocket many times.

Sometimes SB runs because he has the ability to run, rather than stay in the pocket and throw.

Also, he reads the defense a lot better. Maybe the added height?

I love Kirby, but his QB loyalty is definitely different than Saban's.

Exactly. The Stet SoyBoys are out in full force defending their guy!

Or he would do what he did all last year and this year when he played and know pre-snap where the blitz is coming from and hit the hot route plus, you know, actually throw it to someone not named Bowers in the second half.

What evidence do you have that he reads the defense better? Against the best defense we faced JT lead us to 3 points, had a terrible interception, and threw for less than 150 yards.

This revisionist history about JT being some super star that would without a doubt have success is crazy.

I don't think JT would have fared much better. This team can't get in a shoot out and win against Bama no matter who is QBing. The defense is gonna have to find a way.

If what you say is true JT would be playing, he is not.
