Sorry this is a few days late.

Kentucky started off the season about as bad as possible going 3-7 through their first 10 games, but they righted the ship and have won 16 matches in a row.

quote:

LEXINGTON, Ky. - Behind a team-high 15 kills from senior Reagan Rutherford, five blocks from Azhani Tealer, four kills from Elise Goetzinger and a dig from Riah Walker, the No. 10 Kentucky Volleyball team swept No. 20 Florida 3-0 (25-18, 25-21, 25-20) inside Rupp Arena to claim sole possession of the Southeastern Conference championship.

With Sunday's win, Kentucky secured the outright SEC championship, as the Wildcats won the league by an impressive two game, with Tennessee getting swept by South Carolina on Saturday afternoon. Kentucky finishes league play 17-1 overall with Tennessee and Arkansas tying for second place in the SEC with a 15-3 overall record in the SEC.

I’m curious to see how far this team advances in the tournament.

They've been amazing the last few games in that stretch. I got to watch them play a bit against LSU.

Of course they dumped us (Kentucky and Florida) and Arkansas in the same region in the NCAA Tournament. And all of the SEC teams are on one side of the bracket.

2-6 outside the sec doesn't sound right.

Did you see who Kentucky played in the OOC schedule with a young team? Murders row!

With the exception of the first 2 games, absolutely... but not dramatically worse than having to play 3 top 20 teams in the sec. It just looks crazy next to their 17-1 number. It's like the opposite of looking at my school's ooc quality and results vs our conference record

Of course they did. Sigh.
