This Eagles team is fun to watch. The talent from UGA and Bama aside. They just play with a no quit culture and killer edge.

Devonta Smith had a helluva game, too.

I wouldn't even want him holding a clipboard.

People forget Devonta was a WR2 on that 2020 team until Jaylen got injured. Jaylen probably would’ve won the Heisman had Devonta not gotten it.

He's a kid you can root for. Always was even at Bama. No pretentiousness or arrogance, just humble and plays to win. Screw Philly - Die Eagles Die - but Hurts is a dog.

He had to get out from Saban to show his true QB potential.

Look at Mac Jones.

He has an OU degree as well. He came back and walked for it.

He wasn't here long and to be honest... he brought a lot of Alabama with him. A bunch of Sabanism talk "rat poison, etc", smoking the cigar after 'Bama beat Tennessee while he was here.

But the fact that he was making millions yet was willing to finish his OU degree and even come back in participation in graduation meant a lot to OU people. I know damn well I wouldn't have done it.
