You couldn’t just add this to the other thread that straight posted the twitter link.

You really believe if the NCAA was about to crack down on UGA this guy would break the news and no one would have heard it yet? Sad that your fandom has come to this.

I wouldn’t even recommend doing that. All that link does is bring you to a brobible article that gives no additional info and just shows the same tweet that’s in the other thread.

You don’t beat Saban and get away with it. It was only a matter of time.

Do you blame us?

We haven't had hardly any success on the field in a while, so we will take what we can get!

U think anybody in Athens (or Baton Rouge or Tuscaloosa) still cares what the NCAA thinks? All they’re worried about is where the 2024 Natty trophy case is gonna go.

I expect this to go about like the Dan Patrick "NCAA is looking at UGA for major recruiting violations" nothingburger from a few years ago.

That tends to happen when your main rivals have massive cheating going on…

I'm curious what kind of "cheating" could UGA (or anyone else) have done that would actually result in a serious penalty (like a loss of scholarships or forfeiting games).

In the past, that was always boosters giving money to players. But that's okay now. I mean, coaches could have contacted players in an window where they shouldn't, or they might pay for a family's lunch on a visit when they shouldn't... but those are minor violations that have no significant penalty.

What can a team do now to lose a scholarship?
