You cant find any restaurant in Trinidad that sells pulled pork BBQ. But I was in the local grocery chain here, and they have most stuff you would find at a normal grocery, and a lot of imported things as well. Found some pulled pork from a BBQ place in the states and tastes darn good. So bought some more this weekend, wife is making me some homemade cole slaw, got me some vlassic dills, slider buns, and some ice cold Carib beer, Im set for the weekend.
