Starting TRT is the shot in the arm that I need but doesn't seem responsible if I dont know that I will do it for the rest of my non-bed ridden life.
I don't want to lose the ability to produce any T. I also dont want to spend hundreds per vial so it's a tough commitment. Other than that I am still researching it and other alternatives like SARMs and peptides.
I am 36. I was down to 315 around October and then it felt like my energy hit a brick wall every day around 3pm.

Hoke says Durkin's new contract is 3 years (2.7 mil, 2.9 mil, 3.1 mil)
For comparison Hoke says LSU had to pay Baker little more than 3 mil to keep him at LSU.
I guess 3 mil is the new number that talks.

Can't believe they would meddle in the hiring process and force him on Kiffin like that.

I’m 33 and had my test checked about 4 months ago. It was 370. Got TRT, 150mg per week with two doses split, and at last check is was 1,077. Feel much better. All my other labs look fantastic aside from cholesterol, which could be genetics. Worth a try if needles don’t bother you.
I had my physical in September. I had mine checked and it was a little over 300. My doc didn’t really want to do anything and blew it off as normal for a 58 year old. Lately, my energy has been zapped and my wife seems to think that’s the causes. I have always been incredibly active and high energy. The last year I have been drained.
Looks like we’re going to do a visit to a urologist at the first of the year and have them do a study and do another test. I have a friend that is just a little over 60 who started taking the injections and swears that it’s the best he’s felt in years. I could honestly use a little bit of that if it’s possible.
As for sleep, I can’t help with that. I don’t sleep. 4-5 hours a night is it. Has been for 30 years. I wish I knew the answer but basically, I don’t want to sleep.
Hope Jang gets that one figured out. He is too young to go down that road. Trust me.

I had my bloodwork done and checked my levels back in September. Doctor said I was at 640 and that I didn’t need anything. But I dang sure don’t feel like I normally do.

While you’re at the urologist, get that PSA and prostate exam done

My PSA is fine. Under 1.0
My a-hole is fine too. Tight and clean

Thanks.
My doctor blew my numbers off as normal as well. Dont listen to them. I am 36 and take care of my body so there's no reason for my number to be that low. Doctors only want to touch T levels around 250 or so.

Yea, he was not even interested in discussing it.
Technically low or not, I am certainly on the low level.

AU football coaching staff thread and it devolved into an entire page of low T and tight and clean a$$holes,………why am I not surprised…..

It’s all down hill after the old cpap
No it’s not really. My brother in law is the epitome of what a healthy guy in his late fifties would hope to look like. Quite wealthy, has his own gym at his estate and uses regularly, and has never been overweight ever. For some reason has sleep apnea and uses a cpap. Still lives an active full life running his business. The machine allows him to have a full night sleep.
Said it was hell getting used to it but now it’s a trigger for sleep. His gym is bad arse and overlooks his car collection.

Sorry to let you down.
Here’s a link to the loose and dirty a-hole board

It’s a far more productive and helpful derailment than usual, so I’m fine with it

I can’t explain to you how much better I feel now, though. Truly a difference.
Having your test steadily drop is just apart life as we age, unfortunately.

I don’t nap anymore. Don’t need one. Don’t get sluggish during the day. I’m usually awake by 4:30am, asleep by 9-10pm. Eating better. Taking more vitamins. Making sure to inject TRT as scheduled. And, honestly, it’s an easy shot. Subcutaneously into my belly fat. Feels like a small pinch and that’s it.

I think On3 shared some names for TE coach tonight?
