For 36 change that Once A Day to either GNC Vitapak Ripped or Men’s strength which ever fits your needs. Men’s strength has a low dose of Creatine HCL in capsule form that has worked well for me after years of creatine monohydrate powder.

Really does, and while good experience in the group, a fairly young staff as well, relatively speaking.

Yeah, I really like the way the D staff has shaped up. I was already OK with the O staff. Now, we just need Byrum Brown to portal in!

I want to see how some of these USF offensive guys recruit in the SEC before I give that side a passing grade but it’s definitely an extremely young staff on both sides of the ball. Is DJ the oldest guy? And he’s in his 40s

Banks is in his 50's I believe.

Damn Golesh going crazy getting a damn solid staff together. If you keep Crime in an off field role I’ll say solid ground rule double for an initial staff at AU

I get that about recruiting. I was referring more to the production on the field/coaching aspect.

So is Marcus hanging on because I think Kodi is a better WR coach. Or is Kodi going to move to TEs and Marcus stay at WR with Kodi over his shoulder?

Thanks. We happy about this one? I know of him because it seems like he has been around a long time. Do we like him better than Kam Martin? Just want some opinions/discussion.

Tim Banks moves the needle more than Porter for me. Porter is only alright

I definitely like Porter more then Martin if for nothing more then experience.

I do some light weightlifting.
20 pound dumbbell limit.
I’ve got some limitations with a bad back, knees, and golfer’s elbow.
Currrently the elbow has really flamed up so I’m spending less time on the driving range. Still play a good bit, but 9 holes some days instead of 18.
(Do not hire me as the head coach of anything!)
I do some planks and some balance board type things. Dynamic stretching.
