I could support this, and I believe it would go a long way towards player retention …. which should be a concern at this point. Brohm’s system works …. every place it has been implemented.
The real question is whether Durkin would be enthusiastic about getting passed over for the HC role. I guess it all comes down to how he performs over the final 3 games.
