I hear ya, but I am referring to the last decade which will matter more to coaches today.

Apparently the offer from LSU to Kiffin is $14 million year for 7 years. Is there no way Auburn can match or better that offer?

The fan base is broken is all I got.
Also, we are fooling ourselves if we think we are getting a big name coach coming under the make up of our program. This will continue in another 2-3 years sir.

I’m just disappointed we didn’t even try given the only reason he turned us down last time was his daughter.

Funny you said that. Reminds me of a time when I was in college & my brother who was 14 years older than I am was for a lack of a better term doing the daughter of a Trustee as she was trying to get back at her dad...my brother wasn't a saint at that time and was a prominent member of a biker's "Club". Good times...LOL especially when I went up to visit during the holidays....Thanks for bringing back some memories...
