They think that Brohm is Cohen’s choice as of right now.

Crazy that the DA would affirmatively say he did nothing wrong and had nothing to do with any cover up if this was true, no?

I mostly agree. Besides, the settlement agreement will muzzle both sides and insist that neither is admitting guilt/liabilily.

Just to lay it all out...

Louisville has 1 loss with Cal and Clemson at home, SMU on the road, then Kentucky.

Hopefully just 1 more loss (at SMU) to be assured of avoiding the playoffs.
We won't hold this loss against Brohm.

Makes $5.6MM a year at Louisville.

Hopefully we can have the party that we didn't get to have at the end of 2003!

The hire would be oh so nice! The QB IQ associated with this regime could potentially blow up the the town of Auburn.

Won't happen unfortunately, we are Auburn. We need to start warming up to Butch Jones

Not hiring a guy because he made the playoffs is what got us Gus instead of bowl cut.

I’m hearing different. Jeff Brohm has talked to both Auburn and Penn State. His salary is low, and Louisville doesn’t have the money for much of a raise or NIL.

I’m sure Cohen is giddy to talk baseball as well with Brohm since he was also drafted into MLB

Yes, I optimistic Cohen won't be so foolish. Hopefully Cohen has an agreement and and an extra $2MM to give Durkin! I can dream.

- would be the most accomplished hire in Auburn history

Yeah I guess trying to cover up a rape so your players could play is most accomplished. I mean we just got rid of a dude who hired hookers. Had a dude who got caught bending an employee over a desk. Some issue with a previous coach that I don't remember & let one go who was also doing something that kind of got public.

I think rape cover up would be the most accomplished of that list.
