ADT fouls out with 0 pts and 2 rebounds.

He's 7 feet tall, folks.

ETA: Shamsid-Deen has 9 pts and 6 rebounds. He's 5-foot-9, maybe.

I give up.

ADT is a legitimately good guy but a legitimately underwhelming big man.

Atewe had his best game so far imo.

I know a TON of good guys who don't warrant a D-I basketball scholarship. The fact that we can't find a marginal big man is embarrassing.

Par for the course for AU hoops though. Gonna be real interested to see who we'll target after the season.

I'm starting to think we should screw it and go all in on Pearl. This crap is getting REALLY old.

Atewe has a ton of upside. Will be interesting to see if he can tap into it the next few years.

Who will play the 4 next year with Payne gone?

I thought they hit ADT with a couple ticky tack fouls that kept him on the bench most of the game. I don't think all of that was entirely his fault.

that game was frustrating. Watching kentucky get offensive rebounds on free throws late was infuriating. Watching us jack up long 3's trying to hit a knockout punch with 7 minutes left and abandoning the dribble drive that got us the lead in the first place. Watching UK go on runs and then looking down when the game is all but over and seeing that we have 3 time outs left. What a shite show.

Quote from Barbee about Taj.

"Like I said, it’s not how big you are, it’s how big you play. He looks in the mirror and sees someone who’s about 6-9, 250 pounds, and that’s how he plays."

@JamesCrepea: RT @Auburnwbb: Auburn wins 68-62. First win in 14 years vs. Vandy.

So I started reading this tweet and thought men's basketball had beat Vandy and then my brain cleared

Good win for the Auburn women's team. Vandy's WBB team is really good. They were ranked 16 and 20. Not many teams get wins in Memorial. That's a big turnaround from the team I saw play miserably against A&M.

Yeah she got them to the NIT last year after an awful start and while I won't claim to have been following this year I'm glad that things are still going well

Also, just throwing this out there but where in the rule books does it say we can't have the same coach for men's and women's basketball

Looking at the schedule we have a good chance to finish strong with the only one game that we don't have a really good chance in (at FL) hopefully we can build some momentum starting today headed into the sec tournament
