Sounds like he’s doing pretty good. Didn’t watch any of their games but

Travis Williams improved UCF's scoring D by 9 points, improved their third-down conversion D by 6 percentage points, and UCF recorded 10 more sacks than they did a year ago. @T_WILL4REAL is and always been a coach on the rise.

Is TWILL or Gibbs calling plays?

I would think it would be Gibbs.

I thought that was an odd hire by Gus. Gibbs is a prickly, hard-charging, hooch-drinking SOB. I wouldn't think him and Travis Williams would hit it off. When Gibbs was the DC at AU him and Joe Whitt came to blows on the practice field. Travis played for Joe Whitt and holds him in high regard. Strange hire.

People change over 15 years and there are a lot of people who butt heads but can walk away with no hard feelings when it is over.

Hard to say.

When UCF played good teams, they gave up 30+. When they played bad teams, and awful teams, the defense looked good.

Kind of a wash.

So like a Gus offense.

Maybe the offense was putting the d on the field too much with 3 & outs

Very Gus-like.
