Boise State QB Bachmeier is entering the transfer portal, expects to officially be listed on there tomorrow, and because he is a graduate is immediately eligible to play.
Does Harsin bring him in?

When they say "immediately" does that mean 2022? Wouldn't he have to be enrolled in classes, and could you do that at this point in the semester? I know the "student" in student-athlete is beyond farcical for elite athletes in high-profile sports, but he would have to be enrolled.
As for Harsin bringing him in, if he's really a viable NFL prospect, why would he even commit to Auburn until next year's coach is known (unlikely to be Harsin)?

Isn't there a thing called classes you have to be registered for an actually taking to play College Football?

He cant play until next year, and cant officially enter portal until the end of the season due to the new rules.
