You sure? That doesn’t make sense at all to me. I’ve been gifted Falcons, Braves, et.al tickets from clients and friends and I’ve transferred them on with no problem.

It’s what Auburn stated. Not sure on the protections they have but what they stated

Another question after talking with some of my older friends, how do they get tickets on their flip phone?

Wonder if those idjits in the Ticket Office thought of how non-techie fans get to enjoy this new fangled 'fan experience'? Or are they going to provide those fans with free smart phones?

It really makes NO sense why auburn wouldn't allow printed tickets to scan

It would make sense to have kiosks like at an airport for those who still want to print and scan a physical ticket, but I haven't heard anything like that.

Even with e-ticketing you can usually print them off on a printer ahead of time. I go to a lot of of concerts and haven’t had a hard ticket in years.

Some of the more in-demand events started using a QR code that "refreshes" every few seconds, to eliminate scammers showing up with screenshots on their phones. Don't know if college football has dabbled in this technology yet, but I imagine they will eventually. Good news it'll curb scamming, bad news is paper printouts will be useless...
