When the ball was hiked on "da hut" and not on "da hut-hut".

Post here if you agree.

Explain when and why if you disagree.

When War Blogle tweeted out that Deshaun Watson was on a visit.

Had Auburn snagged Deshaun Watson, we'd never have left the dual threat QB system.

Then we'd have been the obvious choice for elite DT
QB Justin Fields

Starting an endless stream of elite DT QB talents instead of pocket passers

That game was painful but Marshall still found a way to be awesome with that quote

2014 MSU was the first game that red zone issues cost us but yeah TAMU that year officially wasted the best offense I’ve ever seen Auburn field with a guy named Cam Newton not on the field

Assuming Gus wouldn’t have ruined him, at least.

Auburn could’ve also grabbed Lamar Jackson instead of Tyler fricking Queen.

The Georgia game in 2014. That’s when the offense first started sputtering and it honestly hasn’t stopped since

Absolutely. That's when the offense, not the defense, took a dive. The following iron bowl was inspired NM balling but with Gus' redzone play. But there was still some hope then, JJ right?

The first time, of several, that I gave up on Gus was the 2015 georgia game when you really wondered if Gus knew what auburn's rivalries were. I got in trouble here for melting over it because I totally melted. It's like Gus saw it as a preseason don't give a frick let's work on player development game.

Sadly it is this. It increased with other moments mentioned here but this was the start of the end

This is it for me. Jeremy Johnson was gonna be the next Cam and Nick. Watching him implode that year made me realize we were in huge trouble for years ahead.
