The fact the SS tagged him a second time was clear to any fricking baseball mind that he missed him. But Pittsburgh review team is dumb and why they not have a better angle at 2nd base.

When the right fielder is drifting to the right pole to receive the ball odds are is he can get there safely.
It's just dumb luck of a great throw.
That play was less risky in my mind than Rembert stealing to third on an error.
