I think of CBM as a 2/3.

Wish we had one more with more height, but Trey plays bigger than he is, and IF Aden keeps making shots like against UGA, we could make a run.

Aden is way too good of a shooter to ever shoot below 35% in a season. Insane how bad of a stretch he had.

I was told by someone close to the program prior to the season he is the best shooter coming out of high school they had ever seen

Welp, if we want to hang a banner this year tonight’s game is a must win.

Well said. Scoper already said he thinks we win. Take it to the bank Knecht will be Lebron Jordan.

Depends on who the refs are. If Pat Adams we are screwed.

I don't see us beating this UT team on the road. They are a tough matchup for us to begin with. I think we'd have a decent chance on a neutral court with a healthy J Will but bad feeling about tonight

Well yeah, Tennessee deserves their ranking and their wins up to this point.

Hopefully Chaney and CBM come to play.

Regardless let us beat Tennessee this morning so that when we lose we get surprised, and bllme Bruce for everything.

I’d somewhat take a moral victory tonight. Don’t get run out of the gym. Compete and give yourself a chance to win late

Both sides are probably looking at it like that. Stay close hope to win at the end

What’s the point of watching basketball if I can’t go online and bitch about Bruce’s coaching?

Honestly, I have a genuinely good feeling about tonight which basically guarantees we’ll get run off the court. Sorry folks

My main concern is Aden and Tre handling Zakai Ziegler ball pressure. He can pressure ball handlers in a way few in the world can. Reminiscent of Davion Mitchell in his Baylor days. Complete harassment without fouling and it takes away everything you want to do on offense when you can’t simply get to the spots to set things up.

Remember Aden is still kinda learning the ropes of being a primary ball handler. He was a 2 guard much of his HS days until his senior year.

Tre is good at using his body to protect the ball but gonna be hard for him to get by ZZ to create anything inside.

Next concern is who guards Knecht? Probably CBM but it’s gonna be a team effort keeping him out of the paint. CBM can do a good job of contesting him on the perimeter but Knecht has a super strong upper body and can finish through CBM with ease.

Other than that, just hope that JJJ has a rough shooting night because he will probably get lots of open shots. Close out on Vescovi, and hope Aidoo doesn’t punk Broome. Aidoo kinda fits the mold of guys who have success against Broome but he can be inconsistent.

On the flip side if I’m UT.. I’m super concerned about Knecht guarding CBM. I bet they’ll primarily have Vescovi on him. Either way we might be able to play through him a bit if the PG’s are struggling. That’s a good matchup for us.

IF Jaylin is playing and his healthy, he would be the biggest matchup problem on the court for UT. So hopefully Chaney can take advantage of that a little bit.

Small guards haven’t bothered our PGs. Lengthy guards have. I expect CMo and Chaney, Broome to work on Knect. Vescovi Denver and KD. Broome should be able to handle Aidoo on the offensive side. He’s got length but not a “great” shot blocker.

Rebounding worries me. Unforced turnovers worry me. Missed open shots worry me. That’s really it

CBM looked great at the point forward last game. Helped Aden so much. Aden dribbles across the time line CBM motioned to the top of the key and started the offense from there.

Yeah but ZZ is a different breed small guard
