Not sure what changed in the Auburn fan base but the expectation in basketball is to never miss a shot, never miss a FT, never foul, never give up a basket, never turn over the ball...
Football is to score every play or to have 8 scoring drives of 12 plus plays and never allow a point or have a penalty.
I think the Madden and 2K world of create a player has ruined sports expectations...

You’ve been a crybaby since chex broke you. 
The difference is you love you some mediocrity, much like your QB. I’d like to see the team stay focused no matter what the score. That’s how you improve and don’t have second half meltdown losses later on against better opponents.

I’m going to sound like some basketball elitist but the reality is most are just Auburn basketball fans and not basketball fans. It’s a game of runs. Almost every game by every team includes runs of scoring and going cold. Just the nature of the game. There will be occasional games where teams are hot the entire time but I’m not going to get upset that the guys aren’t playing their best ball while being up 30.

I hear you for wanting the guys to be fully locked in for the full 40 mins but again, I’m not going to sit here and act like this team has a major issue because they aren’t playing their best ball in the second half of a blowout of a game that was over 5 mins into the game. If it becomes a pattern that we are seeing in SEC games that are actually close then I’ll start being worried.

It’s a good game for those of us who can’t afford season tickets or the price increase when SEC play starts.
We met over here tonight and picked up 3 for $30 each. Hotels very reasonable. I thought it was a good crowd considering schools out for holiday. It was nice being able to hear Coach Pearl work.
We are at the TownePlace Suites. They told us they are getting $800-$1000/night this weekend. Absolutely crazy!

Nice win. Kinda sloppy second half but not shocking given the blowout and Thanksgiving break the players will get. On to VT.
