Please don’t just close the book in the off-season with Middlebrooks and Cambridge. That would be extremely disappointing to me.

OK with Middlebrook and cambridge coming on as back ups. We absolutely need an impact three though.

Having Cambridge is better than not having Cambridge.

I’d love to learn the conversation that Cambridge and Pearl has been having

If we are going to lose Flanigan we have got to find a 3 that can match Allen's productivity, which is honestly not going to be easy. For all the grief he gave us, he really came on strong during the end of last year. My initial thought was that Flannigan and Oquendo probably have pretty similar games. 12 ppg to 10 ppg in favor of Oquendo, but Flanigan shot 5% better from the field and 7% from 3, while averaging about double the rebounds, assists, and steals.

Can't run it back again with one really solid transfer and then a few others that don't match the productivity we lost. Need to go find some actual upgrades to mix in with the depth pieces.

Oquendo is better offensively than Flan in terms of bucket getting. Flan is better defensively and competing, rebounding, etc. I agree it's roughly a wash there. Flan was really good the last 6-8 games of the season.

Definitely fine with adding Cambridge and Middlebrooks as pieces.. I just worry where we turn if Oquendo doesn't work out. Remains to be seen if we are a real option for Cleveland. He's got like 20 schools on his list at the moment

I can't help but remind myself, if Allen doesn't return and Jaylin does, we still have 5 scholarships to give. Even if Bruce gave 2 to Devan and Middlebrooks, there are still 3 to give. Hopefully find a good 3, a solid back up at 4 and the rest will fall into place.

1. Aden / Donaldson
2. Denver / KD
3. transfer / Moore / Cambridge
4. Jaylin / transfer
5. Broome / Cardwell / Middlebrooks

That's 12 with 1 more to give.

I really think we’ll land Cleveland from FSU. We have a lot of help behind the scenes with him.

You get Cleveland and that starting 5 looks pretty legit IMO.

If we nabbed Cleveland, Cambridge, Middlebrooks.. That's an outstanding roster. I like using the other 2 scholarships on maybe a hungry JUCO guy (maybe an undersized 1 or something like Jvon for extra depth there) and Berman.

In this scenario though, we may run Chris Moore off. I'd honestly rather have Moore than Cambridge if I had to choose because of his ability as a small ball 4 and he's a better rebounder.

Might want to pump the brakes on the Cleveland talk, Jamie Shaw posted that we aren’t even on his list of schools to potentially visit.

He also didnt list us as Among favorites for Denver Jones.

I was told the Slater post wasn’t for USF or Clemson big.

Wonder if it’s Oquendo or an assistant hire

I think Bruce was just taking a flyer in him to see if he'd develop and he never took the next step.

What was so bad about him? (I haven't followed recruiting much lately)

He looked like an OT playing basketball. It was hard for me to see his game translating to D1 hoops and even moreso to Auburn's system.

Praying the "sizable" news is a Flory Bidunga commitment.

Auburn's getting warmer and warmer with ever interaction they have with Bidunga

Oh yeah, Marshall had one foot out of the door since a while now, kinda happy we let him go, better for both parties
