Kessler isn’t the greatest fit for Bruce but he would be a good pickup.

I don’t think he’s a match made in Heaven, but if Thor ends up sticking with the NBA then getting Kessler becomes way more important.

If Thor does still go, and we don't get Kessler, I wonder who's out there that Pearl has had contact w/ as a possible transfer? We will need another inside guy possibly.

This is the way I look at our situation with bigs. Jabari replaces Thor and we have stretch and cardwell back who will both be better. That’s three really good big guys at 6-9 plus. We’ve have some really good seasons with less than that.
I would much rather have 1-2 more guards, especially a seasoned off the ball guard like Sills who is dangerous from the arc and can open up things down low for Cardwell and jabari.

I think Cardwell will be better, but I don’t see him being a perimeter scorer. I don’t have much hope for Stretch to be anything other than a good attitude guy and a rim protector and even with that, he was absolutely awful at help defense.
What would change things up tremendously is if Cardwell could even get to the point of being able to make a wide open three just to open up the floor and make teams respect it. It was a prayer three but he had shockingly good form on the one he made this year. But Horace also had a solid looking stroke and couldn’t hit anything deep

Can be a ball hog but he is a guy who can take over a game as a scorer which is the main thing we are missing IMO.
